We take extra care of your staff’s health and wellbeing 24/7
Lone Worker Monitoring Systems are developed by organisations to ensure the safety of their employees who may be undertaking work in hazardous, remote or isolated situations. Our monitoring agents will take the details required by an organisation and SMS a unique log-in ID to the worker before they set-out. This creates an alarm in our system to check-in with the worker when their log-in expires, if we don’t hear from them first.

How it works
Everyone deserves to be safe at work. And because remote or dangerous jobs come with risks, Lone Worker Monitoring helps you to protect your most important asset: your team.
Monitoring systems can be customised to suit your work flow. A typical system sends an SMS code at the time a lone worker receives a call out, asking them to check in when they’ve completed the job safely. If they don’t reply in the agreed time, they get a call to check on their safety, and if they still don’t answer, emergency procedures begin.
When your login is live, you will receive an SMS advising you the login ID and what to do when you have finished your journey or task.Log-in durations are 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours. We can provide any log-in duration your business requires.
Logout
If you finish your task before your session has expired, simply respond to the original SMS in the manner it advises – in this case with the word ‘out’. You will receive a confirmation of the closure if the SMS is successfully received.
Extend Time
Need more time? We prefer you to log-out via SMS & call in to create a new log-in.Alternatively, if your session expires, one of our monitors will phone you on the number you provided. You can request them to extend your time.
Locations
Your lone workers are never alone wherever they are.
Indoor
Warehouses, correctional facilities, grain terminals, remote health facilities and power plants can be dangerous places for workers operating on their own. Give them the confidence of knowing you’re looking out for them, and that help will come if they need it.
Outdoor
Managing hazards is just part of the job when it comes to construction, pump stations, remote camps and high voltage electrical sites. But even the most professional, experienced staff can meet with an unexpected situation.
Driving
Long haul drivers often travel for many hours on their own, sometimes on difficult terrain and in dangerous weather, putting them at risk of fatigue and potentially falling asleep behind the wheel. Knowing they’re expected to check in regularly can help keep them alert.
